Cloud storage for businesses that would rather not keep client records on an overseas free plan. Files are encrypted before they touch the disk, the servers are ours, and the bill is in pesos.
The position

Global providers will always sell a gigabyte for less. What they will not give you is a person who answers, a peso invoice, or a straight answer about where your files physically sit.
Encrypted at rest
Every file is encrypted with AES-256-GCM as it is written, each with its own key material. What sits on the disk is unreadable on its own.

Local payment methods, including GCash and QR Ph. No foreign card and no currency conversion on every invoice.

It works the way you expect a drive to work
Folders, upload, search
Drag files in, organise them in folders, find them again. Trash holds deleted items until you empty it, and the space is returned to your quota when you do.
Preview without downloading
Documents, spreadsheets, slides, PDFs and images open in the browser, so checking one page does not mean pulling the whole file down.
Sharing with a name on it
Share to a specific person by email, or create a link that only works for someone signed in to a ScenDrive account. Access can be revoked later.
Install it like an app
ScenDrive installs to a phone or desktop from the browser, with its own icon and window, and no app store approval to wait on.
Edit PDFs in the browser
Add text, notes, highlights, signatures and images to a PDF, reorder or rotate pages, then save it back over the original or as a copy.
An API when you need one
Scoped API keys and signed upload and download links, so another system can file documents into a client folder without holding anyone's password.

Useful even if you never sign up
ScenDrive publishes a set of browser tools that need no account: a PDF editor, merge and split, PDF to image, image compression and conversion, and background removal.
Processed files are kept so you can come back for them, which is stated on the page and in the privacy policy rather than buried. If you would rather nothing was retained, use the paid drive, where your files are private to your account and encrypted.
- PDF editor. Text, notes, highlights, drawing, signatures and page tools.
- Merge and split. Combine documents or pull out the pages you need.
- Convert. PDF to images, images to PDF, and HEIC photos to JPG.
- Compress. Bring a photo or scan down to an emailable size.
- Background removal. Cut a subject out of a photo in the browser.
Plans, quotas and sign up
Current plans and prices live on the ScenDrive site. If your organisation needs a larger quota, a private tenant or something written into a contract, talk to us instead.
