Last updated: 17 September 2026. These terms cover this website only. Software we supply to a client is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Ascendryx Information Technology, a company based in the Philippines, referred to here as Ascendryx, we or us. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Using this site

You may read this site and contact us through it. You may not:

• Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, the server or connected systems that is not intended to be public
• Copy or republish substantial parts of the content as your own
• Use automated tools in a way that degrades the service for others
• Submit false information, or another person's personal details without their consent

3. Information on this site

Product descriptions here are general. Features available to a given client depend on the plan and the modules enabled for them, and the products change over time. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation or a commitment to deliver a particular feature. A quotation is only binding when we issue it in writing for your engagement.

4. Enquiries you send us

Messages sent through our contact form are used to respond to your enquiry. Please do not include customer records, account numbers, identification documents or other personal details of third parties in an enquiry. If you need to send us material like that during an engagement, we will give you a secure way to do it.

5. Intellectual property

The Ascendryx name, the Ascendryx mark, the product names used here and the content of this site belong to Ascendryx Information Technology. Our products and the code behind them remain our property. Where we supply software to a client, the client receives the rights set out in their signed agreement, and nothing on this website extends those rights.

6. Links to other sites

This site links to our own product sites and may link to third party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

7. Availability

We try to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Service levels for client systems are set out in the relevant service agreement, not here.

8. Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on general information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
